Non-Disclosure Agreement

Confidentiality Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Skellig Automation (“Disclosing Party”) and the individual submitting this form (“Receiving Party”).

1. Confidential Information. The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed via this web application, including process details, workflow structures, technical data, product plans, financial quotes and information, business goals, and any documentation or digital proposals.

2. Use of Information. The Receiving Party shall use the Confidential Information solely for evaluation of Skellig Automation’s services and shall not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

3. Duration. This Agreement remains in effect for 3 years from the date of submission or until the Confidential Information becomes public knowledge through no fault of the Receiving Party.

4. No License. No license or rights are granted by this Agreement under any patents, copyrights, or trademarks of the Disclosing Party.

5. Termination. The Disclosing Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. Obligations of confidentiality shall survive termination.
